Don’t dispute before contacting Customer Support. You may lose both your money and service. We do not offer refunds if you make a dispute. Your money may be stuck.
Refund Policy
We believe in our products 100% and strive every day to make you happy with our service. However, we understand that IPTV subscription plans may not work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you are not happy with your purchase or have an issue that we are unable to solve, which makes the system unusable, we are happy to provide a refund.
How to Request a Refund

Note your transaction order ID.

Send an email with the subject: “Request for Refund”.

Describe the issue and reason for the request.

Provide any necessary proofs; we will also provide our observations and evidence to clarify the situation transparently.
Conditions

Refunds due to technical issues are only provided if you allow us up to 48 hours to try to resolve the problem. If unresolved, we will provide a refund.

Refunds are only issued within 72 hours of purchase. Requests after 72 hours are not eligible.

Credit card refunds generally take 20–31 working days to appear on your account. In some cases, it may take up to 90 days.

We refund full purchases made within 72 hours. Other refund requests may be partial based on the subscription usage period.

Refunds depend on payment processors; we cannot reduce processing times.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

The customer is unsatisfied with the channel lineup or performance. We recommend trying a trial before purchasing long-term packages.

The user is unable to set up their box, device, or system. We provide full support but only for pre-defined device configurations.

Channels freeze, buffer, or temporarily do not work. Most issues are temporary and may be caused by:

Customer internet fluctuations

Issues with box, app, or setup

ISP problems

Channel/server downtime

Server updates/restarts

Special Cases
If a customer cannot access their IPTV subscription for 48+ hours due to server issues or problems caused by our end, we will:

Fully refund the package price or
-
Add lost time to the subscription for free, plus possible extra bonus, which can be negotiated.
